Adidas Original continues the 84-Lab series that has made quite a name in the past 2 seasons, it will bring another great collaboration with famous Tokyo designer Kazuki Kuraishi. The man who has the ability to sale anything he sets with his creative mind, as we remember from the past work. The designer also known as KZK has worked with brands or companies such as: Bathing Ape, Fragment Design, NEIGHBORHOOD, and Adidas Original. This time we will see a next level design using technical and traditional work. As the sneaker models come out, they will all for a part to the Adidas 84-Lab clothing line which is another store left to another day. But let's take a look at this modern Stan Smiths.
FEATURES:
The first thing we notice of the start is the branding on the tongues, the left shoe features a branded shield created for the Adidas 'LXXXIV Labs' team, while the right sneaker features the original branded logo as a tribute paying homage to Stan Smith in portrait and signature in the classic lightweight France version tongue. the shoe comes in a premium pig skin suede body, with hints of leather on the back heel on official Adidas x Stan Smith branded logo and it's traditional green color scheme, the shoe sits on an off white vintage sole, with a nice wave pebble grip support. the inner lining runs leather white while the insole hits a tribute to the unity of Adidas Stan Smith and KZK 84-Lab.
I am a big fan of Stan Smith kicks from it's original strap front to the Version II, and 80's even some not common models like the Millennium, I LG, or Supreme.
